Since mid-March our physical shop has been closed under the guidelines provided by our provincial and federal governments. Now as the province begins phase 1 of re-opening businesses we have decided on a new system for in-store shopping to keep our customers and staff as safe as possible. Firstly, we are only offering shopping appointments at this time. Due to our small size we cannot risk having 3 or more customers in the store at one time and we currently feel booking a shopping appointment is the best method to ensure safe distancing is maintained. This also allows us time between appointments to sanitize all surfaces for enhanced safety during your shopping experience. We will also be adding in hand sanitizing stations for customers, and we will be wearing face masks and plastic face shields for your added protection. Secondly, we will only be open for appointments on Saturdays between 11am and 5pm for the next little while. We will add more appointment time slots and days if demand increases.
Another update we have is that we now offer local curbside pickup for all online and phone orders. You can select local pickup as an option during checkout if you live within driving distance of our store in Fergus. Once your order is placed we will contact you about a pickup time. All pickup is contact-less, so customers can just phone us when they arrive, pop their trunk and we will load the order into the car for them.
We will let everyone know when we have new updates about our shop. In the meantime you can make an online order now, browse our ebay auctions, or book your in-store shopping appointment on our website or by emailing us at 2bintrains@xplornet.com.
